Handsome Newborn Baby L {McKinney TX Newborn Photographer}

I loved getting to do this little guy's newborn pictures.  He was a  preemie NICU baby (just like my two).  For some reason that just adds a little extra special place in my heart for this little guy's session.  He was absolutely amazing!

How lucky is this little guy to have two such amazing big sisters!  He will forever be loved and taken care of I'm sure!  ♥

Plus some pretty amazing parents too!  ♥

Dad is a huge fan of the LA Lakers so of course we included a couple of his favorite jerseys in our session.  What an awesome thing for a Daddy and his little boy to share  some day soon.

Such a snuggly little bear.  I am telling you this little guy was so adorable!!  I truly think I could have snuggled him all day long!

Class of 2013 Senior Pictures {McKinney, TX and Frisco, TX Senior Photography}

Congratulations Class of 2014!!!  You guys are so close to graduation now.  Now is a great time to get those senior pictures done.

As a special graduation gift for you guys, I am offering two special session types if you book before May 31, 2013. 

Option 1 - {Senior Essentials} $85 This will be a 30 minute session.  It will include one location and one choice of outfit.  This will be perfect for seniors who just need a wonderful picture for their graduation announcements.

        ** This session will include a cd of 10-15 high resolution images. **

Option 2 - {Senior Deluxe} $135 This will be a session that can last up to 2 hours.  It can include multiple locations and multiple outfit changes.  This session will be specialized to your interests and hobbies and really capture who you are and have been throughout your high school career.

        ** This session will include a cd of 20-25 high resolution images. **

What to Wear for Your Photoshoot {Carrie Saindon Photography}

You finally booked a photography session that you are super excited about.  You can't wait to capture all of those beautiful family moments.  Then you realize you have to pick out the perfect outfits.  And truthfully that can be a little overwhelming sometimes.  As a mom I'm right there with you - trying to find the perfect outfits for my own family pictures can definitely seem daunting.

As a photographer though I've been very lucky to have some very fashionable clients.  So I decided maybe it would help if I could give you guys a place to find inspiration.  I created a "What to Wear" Pinterest board that you can check out here in case you could use some ideas.

And a few extra tips:

• Wearing coordinating colors always looks great in  pictures.  (No need to match each other perfectly.)
• Logos and big prints can be distracting.  (It can take your eye away from your beautiful faces.)
• Dressing casual or more formal is perfectly okay.  (Your family pictures reflect just that - your family.  Dress in whatever way makes you most comfortable).

Happy New Years everyone!! I am so blessed to have been able to start my photography business this year. Thank you all so much for supporting me throughout the year. Specials for the Class of 2012 & 2013 {Senior and Prom Photography for the Gunter, McKinney, and Frisco, TX Area}

I can't believe how quickly this year is going by!  It's already time to start thinking about the Junior/Senior Prom and Senior pictures.  I remember how exciting that time was when you are so close to graduation.  It's so bittersweet - you are excited about the future but sad to move on from the great friendships and memories.  If I had one word of advice for the seniors - it would be to enjoy every minute, take the good memories with you and embrace everything the future has to offer.  Congratulations to the class of 2012!!

Carrie Saindon Photography

It's official!!  :-)  I now have a business - Carrie Saindon Photography.  I'm so excited!!  I've enjoyed taking this photography journey over the past couple of years and I'm so glad it has led me here.  I have always enjoyed photography but it really got started for me when I had my kids.  I loved taking pictures of them (like any mom would) but it became more than just capturing beautiful memories with my kids for me.  I started learning as much as I could, taking classes, and practicing as much as possible.  I am definitely hooked.  :-)
