I am so blessed that I haven't gotten to take pictures for this sweet family for the last several years.  I love taking pictures for them.  Their twins remind me so much of my own - with a fun, outgoing little boy and a beautiful little girly girl.  Aren't they an adorable family?

2014 Holiday Session | The S Family {McKinney TX Family Photographer}

One of the things I would like to do throughout the month of November one year is to start a thankful project.  I find this time of year going so fast for me sometimes that I forget to slow down and realize how blessed I really am.  One of the things I am truly thankful for is for the clients I have - especially the ones that come back and let me take their pictures again.  I first met this sweet family last year during the Fall.  Back then they had one sweet little girl with one on the way.  I loved that I got to chance to meet their newest family member this year.  She is just adorable!

Holiday Session 2014 | The H Family {McKinney TX Family Photographer}

I have another beautiful family to share with you guys.  I'm really enjoying these holiday sessions!  This time we got to visit tunnels, a castle, and let the boys run and play.  It was a really fun session.

Beautiful Fall Colors | The Straka Family {McKinney TX Family Photographer}

Beautiful Fall Colors {McKinney TX Family Photography}

I got the chance to meet this sweet family last weekend for some family pictures. We were hoping to get some pictures with the beautiful Fall colors before they had all faded. Luckily we found probably one of the last colorful places in the park. 

I have to tell you their little girl was such a doll for the whole session. She was so cute in her little hat and outfit. Just look at her sweet smiles!  Plus we were able to get a family picture with their dog Kate too.  I had never tried to get a pet in the picture before but he was a champ too.  :-)

Thank you guys for letting me be a part of your Fall family pictures!  I really enjoyed my evening with you and was so glad we found a beautiful Fall location.  :-)

1 Year Milestone | Emma Kate {Allen, TX Childrens Photographer}

 

Look who just turned 1!  Isn't she adorable?  Miss Emma Kate had her first birthday recently.  I am so excited I got to meet her and take some pictures to help her celebrate. 

Look at those sweet smiles.  One of her favorite games while we were taking pictures was "Patty Cake".  She had it down so well...talk about cute!

She is sitting on the quilt Grandma made for her room.  I have to say I LOVE that blanket.  It makes me want to look for new bedding for my little girl now.  :-)  Of course the beautiful little girl sitting on top of it makes it even more adorable.  Look at those eyes!

2013 Texas Bluebonnets | The D Family {Plano TX Bluebonnet Photographer}

I had such a great time with the D family in the Bluebonnets.  They have such fun personalities.  They had me smiling the whole time.  But then again how could you not smile when you see how cute their kids are?  :-)

She did so great!!  I loved that her little personality just shined through.

Of course, the two of them together make a super cute combination.  :-)

I always like for families to have a little couple time at the end of a shoot.  I just loved how their love for each other shined through too.

2013 Texas Bluebonnets | The Carey Family {Plano TX Bluebonnet Photographer}

 

I had so much fun with this beautiful Momma and her babies in the Bluebonnets this year.  Aren't they a gorgeous family?  I met Amy and her girls in the twin moms group we were both a part of...and now I just can't believe how much her girls have grown.

They are all such beautiful girls (with the sweetest little personalities)!!  They were giving me the cutest model poses throughout the evening.  I loved it!



And I just couldn't resist this sweet Mommy / Daughter moment.  :-)

This set of pictures amazes me a little.  My twins don't do this - the "twin thing".  It is like they are just so in sync with each other.  I shot another set of twin girls last year who do this too.  (You can see their session here.)  So maybe it's just a twin girl thing?  I don't know...but it sure is cute!



The beautiful birthday girl!  The night we shot these was her birthday and her Mom surprised her with this cute birthday hat for the pictures.  From what I could tell pictures were the finishing touches on a pretty amazing birthday weekend.  Thanks for letting me take pictures on such an awesome day!!  I really enjoyed my time with you guys!

Announcing Christmas Mini Sessions

 

 

****  I have enjoyed doing the mini-sessions a lot!!  So I am adding a few dates at the end of November and beginning of December.  Please just send me an email if you are interested. ****

 



I am so excited to announce that I will be doing Fall/Christmas mini-sessions this October.  Think getting that perfect picture for your Christmas card this year.  :-)  The sessions will include  traditional family pictures as well as some fun Christmas scenes.

Here are the details:

• 30 minutes sessions for $75.
• Sessions will occur the mornings of Saturday, October 6th and 27th and November 3rd.
• Two to three weeks after your session you will receive a disk of 10-15 images.

To book a session, please email me your preferred date.  Sessions will occur in the Allen and Frisco areas depending on where you guys are coming from.  If there is enough interest I will consider opening a date in November as well.  Please contact me today to book your session.  I can't wait to take your pictures!!

*** All money will be due the morning of your session.
