Newborn | Baby Claire {McKinney TX Newborn Photography}

Check out this sweet little one I got to meet last week.  Baby Claire was just 10 days old and oh so sweet!!

Her mom had this plaque created for her room.  It is something she had done for both Claire's older brother and sister so it was a sweet tradition to carry on with her.  Isn't that the cutest monogrammed sign with the cutest baby in front of it? :-)  I believe mom said she got it from this etsy store - http://www.etsy.com/shop/LeagueofLetters.

Claire was a champ for us.  Once she got snuggled in, she slept and modeled for us so sweet.  It makes me just want to snuggle her up.  :-)

I feel so blessed to be able to take pictures like this of newborns.  It's such a special time and I love being a part of it.  There really is nothing sweeter than a newborn baby.

Motion Blur {Clickin Moms Creativity Blog Circle}

This month's Clickin Moms creativity challenge was "Motion Blur".  I will admit these pictures are throw backs for me from a photography class I took.  In our class we practiced panning our camera with the action to achieve motion blur and also adjusting the focal length of our lens to create blur.  It was a fun exercise and definitely a new perspective for me.

Sweet Family Session at the Park {Frisco TX Family Photographer}

I had such a fun time with this sweet family at the park.  Mom had emailed me saying she was looking for special pictures for her boys birthday as well as family pictures.  We decided to meet up as Frisco Central Park and had a great time!

Aren't these two handsome boys?   They both have the most amazing eyes!

It was so much fun because we were able to capture some sweet family pictures...

And also watch the boys be boys and have some fun!  :-)  I really enjoyed that.

Of course what is a photo session if you don't get some cute pictures with Mom and Dad.  Man...those eyes!!  :-)

We couldn't call it a successful session if we didn't end with a lot of smiles and fun.  At the end of our session I got to watch Dad and the boys play.  The boys showed me their karate moves and they had a good time.  I'm so glad I got to spend my evening with them!  Thank you guys for letting me be a part of your family session!

Look who turned one!  I can't believe it's already been over a year since we did maternity pictures for this precious little one's Mommy.  She is definitely growing into a beautiful little girl.  And I have to say I loved watching her eat her smash cake...she absolutely loved it.  :-)

Newborn | Baby Stella {McKinney TX Newborn Photographer}

I am so excited that I got to meet Baby Stella last week.  I met her at only 12 days old and she is absolutely adorable!  I love those eyes!  Do you see how she just adores her Mommy with them?  So, so sweet!!

Little Stella was so alert for us that we decided to concentrate on getting those sweet family pictures.  I love how much love you can see in their family.  I have to say they were a pretty amazing family.  Big brother was so smiley and so sweet.  And mom and dad were so relaxed - they are definitely pros at this parent thing.  Definitely blessed all the way around.  Thank you guys for letting me be a part of such a beautiful time in your lives!!

And now I can't wait to do another newborn session!!  Miss Stella definitely has me hooked on them.  So if you are pregnant, please contact me today so we can set up a newborn session for you too.

Announcing Fall Photography Sessions {Carrie Saindon Photography}

Can you believe it's already time for Christmas Card pictures this year?  I don't know about you but the summer seems like it just flew by.  Fall is my absolute favorite time of year though with the weather getting cooler, all the fun holidays, and football!  :-)

I will be offering three session types for the Fall:


Option 1. {The Classic Mini-Session} $75 This will be a 30 minute session. We will work together to find the perfect location and time for you and your family to have a session. We will capture as many stunning images as possible within our time frame. Within 2-3 weeks of your session, you will receive a cd of 10-15 high resolution images from your session.

Option 2. {The Deluxe Session} $125 This session is 1 hour with 20-25 high resolution images on a cd. We will work together to find the perfect location and time for you and your family. We will take our time and capture your family in a way that works best for you. Within 2-3 weeks of your session, you will receive your cd of images. (This would be an ideal session for people with small kids or with large families.)

Option 3. {The Newborn Session} $150 This session will take 2-3 hours and will take place in the comfort of your home.  Ideally we will schedule this session when your baby is 5-10 days old.  We will capture those sweet posed pictures of your baby along with shots of the whole family.  Within 2-3 weeks of your session, you will receive 20-25 images on a cd.

7 Month Milestone {Frisco, TX Baby Photography}

I was so excited to take pictures of one of the sweetest little 7 month olds last week.  He was so cute and smiley.  I absolutely loved it.  He had just mastered a new skill - sitting up by himself - and mom was looking to get some sweet pictures of him. 

Seriously is there any way you could possibly resist this little guy?  I love the little hat - just precious.  :-)

And that smile!!!

I really think I could have taken pictures of him all morning.  He just makes me smile!

Sunflowers {Letters to Our Children}

This I think is one of my new favorite pictures of you guys.  You were smiling, looking at me, and giving sweet hugs with just the promise of a Dr. Pepper from Sonic afterwards.  ;-) I love you guys!!

To my amazing kids:

I am loving this journey with you guys.  I love to see you make new friends and learn new things.  I love the cute conversations we have.

Last week we went to lunch and man walked in the door.  {Little Girl} You looked at him and said, "Look Mom, there's a pirate.  Aaaarrrggghhhh Matey!"  {Little Man} You quickly agreed with her, "Yes mom there's a pirate".  Hehe...I couldn't bring myself to turn around and look.  :-)

I love that you guys dream big too.  {Little Man}:  You have been telling us lately that when you grow up you want to be a fireman, go to outer space, and to be a doctor. {Little Girl} So when I asked you what you wanted to be when you grow up.  You  told me, "When I grow up, I want to be a flower."  I love the innocence in your answers.

I love that we can experience new things together.  I love asking you at the end of day what your favorite part of the day was and hearing all the responses you come up with.

You guys are so imaginative right now.  You are amazing!  You guys are even more than what I ever dreamed for.  I love you so much!
