In honor of their grandmother's retirement, we took their family pictures. Oh my goodness...these kids were amazing!! Smiles and cuteness all around.

I loved getting a chance to photograph this family.  They had the most fun personalities and a comfort level with each other that was so refreshing.  You could just tell they were a close knit group.  It was fun for me to get to a part of it all.  Aren't they a great looking bunch?!

Getting the Whole Family Together {Allen TX Family Photographer}

You know that super sweet girl in high school that every one likes.  That was our high school mascot - Farmer Joe.  Her mom was my high school English teacher.  Talk about being honored when they asked me to do an extended family session photo session for them.  

Absolutely love that they found these coke bottles with all of their names.  How fun is it that they can enjoy a coke break together.  :-)

Aren't they a great looking bunch?!   Such a sweet group too - made my job so easy that day!  Thank you guys so much for letting me take pictures for you!!

2014 Holiday Session | The M Family {Allen TX Extended Family Photography}

I had so much fun with this family!  This is my husband's boss and his family.  I was pretty honored that they asked me to take their pictures for Christmas gifts.  Aren't they a great looking bunch?!

Extended Family Session in the Park {Frisco TX Family Photographer}

Summertime always seems to bring fun memories with backyard barbecues, sprinkler fun and family reunions.  It also makes a great time to update those family pictures to include the whole family.  I was so excited when this sweet family asked me to take extended family pictures for them.  Definitely a great looking bunch!!

Extended Family Session | The Boysen Family {Frisco TX Family Photographer}

One of my favorite traditions growing up was always our Christmas Eve family reunion at my Grandma and Granddaddy's house.  Our entire family (on my dad's side) would get together and have dinner and share all of our Christmas excitement. 

Over the years the tradition has continued but it has become harder and harder for us all to make it.  You know how it is between combining family holiday traditions, sick children, etc...it just all gets away from us some how.  So when my cousins asked me to take family pictures for them I was especially excited.  I hadn't had a chance to see them all in a while and I was so glad I was going to get the chance.  Look at what an amazing family they have!!

A Family Reunion | The Rush Family {Plano TX Family Photographer}

I got invited to take pictures for a mini-family reunion a couple of weeks ago and I had so much fun.  They were such a sweet, welcoming family.  I felt so much at home while I was there.  I really hope you can see that sweetness shining through in their pictures too.

We started with the whole family and grandparent pictures.  This was one of the first time all of the cousins were together in the same place.  From what I could see they all had a GREAT time together!!

Then we captured some sweet family pictures.  Aren't they a great looking bunch?

We ended with several different fun combinations of pictures.  These are just a few of my favorites from the night.  :-)

After all of the posed family pictures were captured, I got the chance to watch as the kids played and had fun.  What a great way to start the summer!!  It definitely makes me want to get my kids to a swimming pool fast.  :-)

Thank you guys for letting me be a part of your family reunion!!  I really enjoyed watching how you guys interacted with each other.  I definitely saw a lot of love.

Family Time at the Park {Frisco TX Family Photographer}



A couple of weekends ago I got to spend some time with this amazing family at Central Park in Frisco.  I have had the privilege of photographing the Russell family before.  They are always so warm and friendly.  I love taking pictures for them!  You can check out how big their little cuties are getting from some of their previous sessions here:

I especially enjoyed this photo session because this time I got to meet the rest of their family.  Of course they were just as nice which made my job so easy and enjoyable.  Have I said how much I love what I do?  :-)

 

Such a beautiful family!!  I have always personally loved big family pictures like this.  I always like to look back over the years of how the family had changed and grown.
